These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at truburnfuel.com (the “Website”) and your relationship with Lifecycle Renewables, Inc. with respect to the Truburn® renewable heating fuel product (“Truburn”). Truburn is a brand and product of Lifecycle Renewables, Inc. (“Lifecycle Renewables,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms

Truburn is a renewable heating fuel produced and supplied by Lifecycle Renewables, Inc. under the Truburn® brand. References on the Website to “Truburn,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Lifecycle Renewables, Inc. acting in connection with the Truburn product. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website and to anyone who inquires about or purchases Truburn.

Any purchase, sale, scheduling, delivery, pricing, payment, and related terms for Truburn are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed between the customer and Lifecycle Renewables. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the separate agreement controls with respect to the sale and delivery of Truburn.
6. Environmental Attributes
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all environmental attributes and credits associated with Truburn are and remain the property of Lifecycle Renewables, Inc. Nothing on the Website transfers any such attribute or credit to any visitor or customer.
